Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza is an exquisite actress who has been leaving an imprint on the tiny screen. De La Garza born 1976 to her Irish mother and an Irish mother and a Mexican father from Columbus Ohio. In no time, she moved to Texas and pursued her master's degree in physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza did not stay in Texas for long and quickly moved in Orlando Florida, where she was able to take on various acting roles, such as local independent commercials as well as films. Despite the small parts she soon discovered her love for acting. Then she moved into New York in 2001 and got her first role as Rosa Santos on All My Children, a daytime soap. During the early part of the decade, she appeared in small part for JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she landed her first major series role on the short-lived show The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano, alongside a number of the best TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi and Mitch Plegge. In 2006 she was the lead character A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 episodes. Following a brief time, her character moved onto Law & Order: LA. De La Garza's character received several nominations for the show, including Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She has also been awarded ALMA Award nods. In 2008, she won an Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza was then chosen as a recurring character in CSI Miami. She played Marisol Delko and wife to David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. The most recent television appearance was with NBC's rather darker drama Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. It was pulled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is from Italian origin and also has a younger brother Cory who is 10 years her junior. She grew up in a family that was conservative and extremely religious. Milano's journey into the world of sports began when she was seven when her babysitter invited her to a talent show. Four girls were chosen from more than a thousand aspirants. Milano appeared in commercials for television and on off-Broadway plays, among them the very first American musical adaptation to Jane Eyre.
